A short walk from the ancient Packhorse Bridge crossing the tumbling waters of the Dulnain river at Carrbridge, sits the delightful Caberfeidh Guest House. In this woodland setting, you'll find a Pony Trekking centre and Art Gallery just a few minutes away by foot and our local village shop, newsagents,garage, pubs, restaurants and the Landmark Herigtage Park. Landmark with its wild water coaster rides, steam driven saw mill and fire tower is an excellent family attraction.

Country walks begin from the front door on Waymarked trails. Cyclists can join national route 7 in the village. Skiers will find Cairngorm mountain range or the Lecht only a few miles drive. There are also quality facilities for canoeing, windsurfing, shooting and archery.

Bird-watchers find a paradise in and around Carrbridge and can visit the Insh Marsh and the RSPB Osprey reserve at Boat-of-Garten. The Highland Wildlife park in Kincraig allows you to see wolves as gthey once were in the highlands and there is a chance to feed the reindeer at GlenMore.

Golfers can take pleasure fom the nine hole course in Carrbridge or enjoy the chanllenge of the Highland circuit of courses at the Boat-of-Garten, Grantown, Kingussie and Neewtonmore. Fishermen can experience the beats of the upper river Spey offering trout or slamon fishing on a daily or weekly permit.

The freedom to drive with no traffic jams, allows you to visit some of Scotland's most Historic Sites such as Cawdor Castle or the Battle-field of Culloden or simply to visit the awesome Loch Ness or the romantic Ballindalloch Castle.
